Materials and care

1. All TGTECH LEDS are tested and checked prior to dispatch, however always double check and test on site prior to installation.
2. LED ribbon is fragile, take care during transport and installation to avoid failure. If flexible LED ribbon not handled with care on installation the solder joints between sections can be compromised and cause immediate or prolonged failure.
3. Do not shake out the roll to straighten, bend excessively or stand on, long lengths should be handled by two persons while installing. Bending or shaping beyond format supplied is to be avoided at all times.
Note: once product has been secured using the supplied adhesive tape it cannot be removed without causing irreversible damage to the LED ribbon.
Do not remove protective backing until certain installation is final.

All TG TECH products include a 3-year product warranty.

Although we thoroughly test all items before sending out, it’s still recommended that orders be tested on-site prior to installing.

As installation is completed by independent third-party installers, TG TECH product warranty only covers products sold by us and does not cover any labour costs for installation or any remedial work due to damages or issues discovered after install.

Testing: All LED lights and componentry (LED Ribbon, dimmers, control units, transformers, sensors, downlights) are powered up, activated, and checked as working as intended prior to leaving our workshop. 99% of the time it's tested on the workbench exactly as the specific job dictates.

Excluding DIY full LED reels and items. No warranty will apply if:

• Any of the original order has been changed, modified or added to after leaving our workshop.

• Any damages caused during installation.

• A transformer from a different supplier has been used without our prior knowledge.

• Any specific exclusions are noted at time of sale.

Returns: If goods are to be returned or changed due to “change of mind”, job changes or job cancellation any return or exchange will be solely up to the management of TG TECH.

Note: Components such as transformers, sensors and remote receiver units should always be placed in a serviceable location with adequate room/air for heat dissipation.
